Mikael holds an MSc in IT and and MSc in Industrial Engineering. He has > 20 years experience in working with customers in areas concerning management of maintenance, inspection, reliability and safety. He has extensive international experience from living and working in Asia, Africa, South and North America in addition to Europe.

Ida holds a BSc in Chemical Engineering and an MSc in Business Studies. She started her career at Scancem International/Heidleberg Cement Africa. She then worked at Sibelco Nordic and Marlink AS. She has > 10 years of experience of purchasing and supply chain within the cement industry, mining industry, telecom and academia. She has worked internationally in managerial purchasing roles in both Africa and Europe and has also gained extensive international experience from living in Asia, Africa, Europe and North America. From her own experience and interest in football she is a true team player. In her work she emphazises on the role of team work across departments and cultures within an organisation in order to achive a set goal successfully. Ida is also a yoga teacher.
